The Shed at Chital Canyon

Perched on the edge of a canyon, The Shed is a 820 s.f. Chital Canyon artist studio and is designed to embrace and enhance the panoramic views of the valley beyond. The exterior material selections were determined by fire suppression capabilities, while the building form evolved from the site-specific climate variables. The windows and doors include steel shutters, which allow the building to be completely enclosed while the owners are away.
