Terrace Residence

While the residence featured Santa Barbara Spanish-style architecture on the exterior, the interior embodied a mid-century modern aesthetic. To reconcile the two styles, we incorporated Spanish elements into the interior and added a Coastal California twist. With simple yet effective updates to the floor plan, we created a more seamless flow throughout the space and eliminated unused square footage. The final result is a light, playful, and much more functional environment.
